Simple Supply Co sends transactional text messages to customers who provide their mobile number when placing a special or custom order at our Buena Vista or Salida, Colorado stores (or by phone). Messages notify you about the status of your own order — for example, that an item has arrived and is ready for pickup, or that an item is delayed or backordered. This is not a marketing program.
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive order-status texts at the time you place a special or custom order with our staff. You may also opt in on our website when providing your contact information for an order.
Message frequency varies. You will only receive messages when there is an update on an order you have placed — typically a small number of messages per order.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may receive additional messages if you place a new order and opt in again.
